I built this bow after many failed selfbow attempts. This bow is an osage stave I picked up at the 2001 GLLI for $5. I worked the bow down and before final tillering covered the back with 5 layers of sinew from deer tendons.

The sinew covered up many of my mistakes and is probably the only reason this bow shoots as well as it does. At just over 52" long its a real handy bow.
